Step 1. Please inform the Product Number and Order Quantity.

• For Hong Kong Buyers, we provide Free Delivery for majority of the items.
• Client would enjoy Free Delivery when the red coupon appears.
• For different order quantity, we offer different level of discount, please enquire for details.

• For the Overseas Buyers, we offer discount instead of Free of delivery.
• The discount level depends on the order quantity when the yellow coupon appears.
• Please kindly enquire for the accurate price.

Step3. Estimating your Delivery Cost.

• For Hong Kong clients, if Free Delivery Red Coupon does not appears, please check the
  estimated delivery cost under the price, it will be freight collected by the express company.
  For instance, if you buy 10 pcs of the following item, then the approximate express
  cost will be HKD50x10 = HKD500.

• For Oversea clients (Europe, U.S and Australian), the express fee will be approximately the same
  as the unit price of the products. For instance, please kindly find the below.

• For Oversea clients (Asian), the express fee will be approximately 60% of the unit price
  of the product. For instance, please kindly find the below.

• However, for overseas clients who buy in the large bulk, normally at or over 3 CBM, for instance
  –3000pcs of hangers, then we can deliver to overseas by sea shipment, then the shipping cost is
  just around 50% of the express cost. Welcome for checking the sea cost for the large bulk order.
• P.S. Combine order can be available, such as you can buy 1000 pcs of hangers, 5 pcs of display
  rack and 5 pcs of Mannequins, totally if we can reach 3 CBM then we also can deliver by sea.

Step 4. Please inform your preferable Payment Terms.

• For Hong Kong Clients, we accept Local transfer or PayPal(with 6% additional charge) by HKD or USD.
• For overseas clients, we accept T/T or PayPal(with 6% additional charge) by USD only.
• P.S. Our Bank/PayPal account details will be shown on the Pro-forma invoice sent by Email or Whatsapp.

Step 5. Contacting with Us.

• Enquire with the above information by Email, we will reply within 24 hours at the earliest, you can also
  visit Contact Us Page or enquire by following ways - Whatsapp, Skype or Phone Call.
• For urgent enquiry, please kindly Whatsapp or Email us with all details.

Step 6. Samples are normally not available for BiGi Retail Mall products, but we would send photos for quality
approval before ordering, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Step 7. Pro-forma Invoice will be issued after confirming all the details from both side, usually by Whatsapp or Email.

Step 8. Delivery will be arranged after receiving your payment.

• Delivery time will be 7-16 days upon payment receipt normally which also depends on different cases.
• Tracking number will be provided to client for contacting express directly, or for any urgent case,
  client can also contact BIGI for details and status.

Step 9. Any defeat items should be reported within 3 days upon goods receipt.

• BiGi would assume the goods has been well received and would not take any responsibility afterwards
  if clients do not report for any defeat within 3 days.
• Slight degree of Imperfection (especially in the coating surface) should be understood and accepted
  for the existing goods in Retail Mall.
• But for structural problems that lead to malfunction, or some of the serious defeat, BiGi would replace
  the goods or issue compensation to clients after getting the report.

   Step 2. We will send the logo draft on hangers for your confirmation
   Step 3. After confirming the logo draft, logo printing or engraving will be started
   
   Disclaimer
   - Working on existing goods is difficult, slight degree of imperfection on logo should be known and accepted.
   - Logo color would have variation on different color of wood base or painting base
   
   Cost and Details
   - Adding HKD3/USD0.4 on each piece of hanger and mold charge HKD500/USD65, for order with MOQ
   (Minimum Order Quantity), 300 pcs, or above (Last updated since April 2015).

3. How to get the samples reference before ordering?
   

   Normally we are not providing any samples for reference, that is because we are running huge amount
   of orders everyday, submitting samples would be a big challenge for us. Please kindly investigate the
   product photos in our site or if it is necessary, we will charge on the samples by following rate.

   - For 1 style of hanger sample, the samples fee would be HKD100/style which include the express fee to
   your office, it will be totally refunded when you place the order.
   - However if you want to order 2-3 styles of the hanger samples at the same time, the sample fee would
   be HKD50/style only but samples styles quantity would not exceed 3 styles.
   -Samples will be sent within 3-7 days depends on the style.

   P.S. For non-hanger products e.g. rack, mannequins or others, please kindly enquire for the sample fee
   
   
4. Can I visit your showroom for the products investigation?
   

   We are sorry to inform you that we don’t have sample showroom in Hong Kong. If you are interested in
   some of the styles, we can serve and arrange sample base on the above rate.

5. Where is the production base of the products?
   
   Our production base is in China. Majority of the products will be delivered directly from factory to the
   destination by express. Normally it takes approximately 5-10 days.
