In 45 days from the ex-factory date warranty period, free replacement is provided for any quality problems found with the hangers caused by production, except those due to delivery carelessness or incorrect use of hanger.

The following conditions will have replacement (except by human error):

• hook loose
• coating fallen off
• hanger broken

The following recommendations are suggested for keeping the hangers durable and in good condition:

• keep in dry
• get away from the sunshine
• avoid vigorous impact
• maintain inventory hanger in good packing
• use warm water to clean the hangers if necessary
• pay attention to clips and hanger which are put together, hanger can easily be scratched by clips
